The Music Room This unusual building is squashed into a little back alley in the centre of Lancaster. It is thought to have been built around 1735 and is famous for its first floor room with magnificent Baroque plaster work. Sadly, it is not currently open to the public (Summer 2007), although there is a rather good café on the ground floor..
